This IS play-TESTING, so the testing should actually be useful for the developer. If i just gave myself, for example, a stack of electronic components I couldn't report back on how the lack of electronic components from looting affects my base building. Some of my reporting is on the availability of various resources and how that availablility changes with time as you build and choose what you want to build. I've been base-building in hardcore for example. Give yourself all the resources you want, but realize that having resources that you might not otherwise have might lead to instances where reporting gameplay issues is not useful as the dev might not know what you actually did that led up to the issue you're reporting. Cheating is normally giving an unfair advantage over other people. Honestly, I don't really believe that there is 'cheating' in a single player game. With the game requiring you to grind so much, I was going to build a big base just to share with the community to show them what I can do.but now that people are cheating items in.forget it.its a complete waste of time now to build anything thats more aesthetic than functional. If you build your bases to share with others(like I would if I did, because what other need is there for a big base?), then the ability for others to cheat their items in just makes it all pointless, because someone else can 1-up you putting in far less effort.if you want to build something big Minecraft has creative, leave this game alone. Take for example, player A plays survival, he's spent literally the past 3 weeks grinding for resources and has this huge base.super hyped to be finished with it and comes in and shares it with the ayer B posts a screenshot of an even bigger base.but he leaves out that he cheated the items in and made that base in 15 e what I'm getting at? It's the same $hit every time.īecause people who works their butts off to build big bases and such legitly gets overshadowed by people who cheats their stuff in.its not that you all are cheating thats the problem, its that you're undermining the work the real survival players put into theirs. So what if people want to play an EA with console commands? For some it may take away fun and for some it may add it. I just didn't want to waste my money.Rufus Poppycock eredeti hozzászólása:I hate that whenever someone asks for console commands, the response is always something along the lines of cheating or not being man-enough to play "legit". I have been looking at The Long Dark for much of the year beginning last July. There is also the Long Dark, which some say is the hardest survival game ever. Probably over two dozens, even.Īnd then, there are certain mods for some of Fallout games, which are known to make it extremely mindboglingly difficult to beat the game with such mods installed and every difficulty setting and mechanic bumped up to max. I still am not sure how many different possible causes of death is there in RR, but i'm positive it's over a dozen. Its graphics alone make some people nuts (not in a good way), hehe. It takes time and patience but it’s worth every bit of the learning curve once you get used to it. This is without a doubt the hardest survival and crafting game out there. Creative menus and settings only subtract from the game. Originally posted by Colonel McDoogle:Most people that patrol these forums are trolls.
